Mindfulness Coaching

Coaching is for clients in the U.S. and outside of the areas where counseling licenses are held (Ohio, Florida, Minnesota).

I use a targeted, holistic approach with clients, focusing on the mind, body, spiritual practices, and personal interests. 

We'll work together to identify your goals, clarify your values, and create a targeted plan for successfully achieving a meditation, yoga, creative, or other practice helping you become more mindful and present.

You'll develop a coaching plan that may include books, worksheets, podcasts, journaling, creative expression, and more.  

If you’re located in an area where counseling is povided, materials are offered for free with a discount code to active counseling clients.
